Job Description
Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager
Location: Manchester
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000
About The Role:
As a Children's Registered Manager you will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of a children's residential care home.The role is regulated by Ofsted in England, which ensures that children's homes meet legal standards and provide a safe, nurturing environment. You will lead and manage the home, providing exceptional care while supervising and guiding a team of care staff.
To be considered for the role you must have:
* Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 2 years) in a children's home
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred)
* Strong knowledge of children's social care legislation, Ofsted, safeguarding
* Excellent leadership & communication skills
